Program

Residential Care Homes for Person With Disabilities

Our residential care homes offer a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for individuals with multiple developmental disabilities. Designed to ensure the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of residents, our homes provide 24/7 care and supervision. We serve children aged 0–15 years, offering nutritious meals, secure shelter, and access to dedicated play areas, including an outdoor sensory park. Residents benefit from therapies, yoga, physical exercise, medical assistance, and accessible transport. All facilities meet the standards outlined in the PWDs Act, including water, sanitation, and infrastructure that support dignity, respect, and empowerment.

Therapy Units for In-house and Out-patient Services

We offer a comprehensive range of therapy services for both in-house and out-patient individuals with disabilities, focusing on physical, emotional, intellectual, and cognitive development, as well as communication and motor skills. Our Early Intervention program supports children aged 0–10 years through goal-based therapies to address developmental delays. Art-Based Therapy (ABT) encourages emotional expression and creativity. Occupational Therapy helps individuals build daily living skills, tailored to their specific physical and fine motor needs. Physiotherapy improves strength, mobility, and coordination. Speech Therapy addresses communication challenges using tools and interactive activities. Additionally, our indoor Sensory Unit provides structured sensory experiences to enhance attention, behavior, and emotional regulation.

Skill Development Programs for Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PWDs) and Disadvantaged Communities (DC) for Women

The program focuses on building capabilities for employment, independent living, and social inclusion. It includes awareness programs to educate society about the needs and rights of PWDs and DCs, ensuring access to appropriate support and treatment. Ragam offers hostel facilities for women from disadvantaged backgrounds, and provides pre-vocational training tailored to the developmental age of individuals with disabilities. Functional academics are introduced to build basic knowledge and readiness for training. Vocational training programs are offered to economically disadvantaged groups, along with life skills, computer literacy, and Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) certified courses(future plan). These integrated services work together to foster confidence, independence, and long-term self-sufficiency.
